expectations

  • Maintain at least 10 active chapter members

  • Appoint a President, Vice President, and Secretary

  • Hold at least one chapter meeting each month

  • Participate in at least one GCCO-wide initiative each month

  • Complete at least one chapter-led service project each semester

  • Submit a brief impact report after each project Maintain regular communication with GCCO leadership

guidelines

  • Receive school/advisor approval before events or fundraisers

  • Track volunteers, service hours, funds raised, and people served Use the GCCO name and branding only for official activities Keep clear records of all fundraising and expenses

  • Document projects with photos when appropriate and permitted

  • Represent GCCO professionally with schools and community partners Ensure all activities are safe, inclusive, and service-focused Do not use GCCO funds or resources for personal benefit
